Introducing the Redi2Weld
Designed by welders, for welders, the Redi2Weld pipe robotic welding machine helps shops increase productivity, reduce welder fatigue, and maintain consistent weld quality.
In addition to being the only automated pipe welding system capable of both MIG and TIG, the Redi2Weld can be configured with parallel headstocks and a column and boom that can rotate 180 degrees. While welding is taking place on one line, the parallel line can be set up, tacks can be prepared, and the previous unit offloaded, allowing the operator to simply rotate the column and boom to keep arc time at a high level of efficiency.
